When you work for Desert Coach, you won't get on the road or behind a desk until you've received the training you need to deliver the highly professional service our clients demand. As a Desert Coach Driver, you'll receive more than 20 hours of on- and off-the-road training including orientation, classroom instruction, defensive driving and apprenticeship. In our Global Travel Center, Desert Coach's Customer Service Representatives are fully trained in the use of our state-of-the-art reservation system and receive intensive instruction to help build their interpersonal communication skills.

3. Competitive Pay
As a Desert Coach employee, you'll earn pay that's competitive in our industry. Drivers' pay includes a base hourly rate plus a commission of 15 of the total cost of every trip you make. Drivers receive this commission in lieu of tips, and all charges are paid directly by the customer to Desert Coach. So you never have to worry about exchanging cash.

Customer Service Representatives in our Travel Center start at $8.00 per hour. Both full- and part-time employees can earn extra money through overtime, incentives, and opportunities for annual pay increases.
